RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At GREYFITZ, we offer a 7-day easy return and exchange window starting from the date of delivery. Once we receive the returned product(s), it may take an additional 5-7 days for them to reach us and be processed. We also provide reverse pick-up services, subject to availability in your area. Please note, a reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 may be deducted in cases of frequent returns.
Our courier partner will attempt to pick up your return twice. If the pick-up fails both times, you will be responsible for sending the items to our company address at your own expense.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, wallet credit will be issued on our website within 1-3 business days of the return pick-up.
Please ensure that returned items are in their original condition as shipped. Products that are returned in a damaged state, visibly used, or worn will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds may take up to 7 days to reflect in your bank account after the return is processed. For COD orders, the refund will be provided in the form of wallet credit equivalent to the amount paid.

Cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Cancellation Policy:
GREYFITZ believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1-2 days of placing the order if the order is not shipped. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. This should be reported within 1-2 days of receipt of the products. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at their end.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Service team within 1-2 days of receiving the product. The team will take an appropriate decision after reviewing your complaint.

For complaints regarding products with manufacturer warranties, please refer the issue to the manufacturer.
For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted on certain product categories, such as accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks, and innerwear (e.g., boxers, briefs, trunks). GREYFITZ reserves the right to modify the list of non-returnable items at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Additionally, items purchased during promotional offers such as Buy One Get One Sale or similar sales where free products are included are not eligible for returns.
Self-Shipping of Orders for Returns:
If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pick-up, you will need to courier the product(s) to the following address:

Make sure the items are securely packed to prevent any damage or loss during transit. It is important to include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package. Returned products must be in an unused condition, with all original tags attached and the packaging intact.
Once the product(s) are received, the refund will be processed within 48 hours. For prepaid orders, the full amount along with ₹100 (as compensation for courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued as wallet credit (gift card).

The bank account details provided by the customer will be considered final. Any errors in the provided details will not be the responsibility of the brand.

It is the customer’s responsibility to handle the product(s) with care while in their possession. This includes preserving all instructions, documents, and packaging materials when returning the product(s), ensuring they are returned in the same condition as received.

If you believe the product does not meet the expected standards upon delivery, please contact us within 1 day of receiving the item. You can reach out via direct message on Instagram (@greyfitz_) or WhatsApp, providing details and evidence of the issue or damage. We will respond with the necessary instructions for returning the product(s).

Once the product is returned, we will carefully inspect it and inform you via email whether you are eligible for a refund. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as quickly as possible and no later than 30 working days from the date you are notified of your eligibility.
